Singles Playing Doubles is operated by Singles Playing Doubles LLP, a registered business in Singapore (UEN: T25LL0487C). References to "we", "our", or "us" in these Terms and Conditions refer to Singles Playing Doubles LLP.

By signing up for our events, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and participating in Singles Playing Doubles, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not participate in our events.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years of age to join any Singles Playing Doubles event. We may ask for verification of age during registration or at the events.

3. Registration and Payment

1. Registration: All participants are required to complete the registration form available on our website.
2. Payment: Payment must be made in full prior to the start of the events. Failure to complete payment will result in forfeiture of your registration.
3. Cancellation and Refunds: If you need to cancel your registration, please contact us at least 14 days before the start of the program for a full refund. Cancellations made after that may not be eligible for a refund.

4. Code of Conduct

All participants agree to:

1. Respect Others: Be courteous and respectful toward all other participants and staff members.
2. Follow Rules: Adhere to any rules provided by Singles Playing Doubles and respect the guidelines of the various public venues that events are held at.
3. Prohibited Behavior: Harassment, discrimination, or any form of disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.

5. Assumption of Risk

By participating in Singles Playing Doubles events, you acknowledge and assume all risks related to physical activity, including injuries that may arise from playing tennis or other sport. We strongly encourage all participants to be aware of their physical limitations and to consult with a healthcare professional before participating in any physical activity.

6. Health and Safety

Singles Playing Doubles follows local health and safety guidelines. We ask that participants:

1. Notify Us if Sick: Inform us if you are experiencing symptoms of illness before attending the events.
2. Respect Venue Rules: Comply with any venue-specific health and safety protocols in place during the events.

7. Liability Waiver

Singles Playing Doubles and its affiliates, organizers, and venue partners are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property that may occur during the events. By registering, you agree to release and hold harmless Singles Playing Doubles and its affiliates from any claims arising from your participation.

8. Privacy Policy

Singles Playing Doubles respects your privacy. We collect personal information for registration, communication, and event organization purposes only. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Media Release

By participating in our events, you consent to the use of any photos or videos taken during the events for promotional purposes on mediums including but not limited to social media (such as Instagram). If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us prior to the events.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Singles Playing Doubles reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
